Dr. Billy Newman
Dr. Billy Newman has been on the Ropheka Board of Directors since 2018 and is an Instructor for the Community Connection Leadership Academy.
He is an Ordained Elder of 49 years with the Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies, Inc., Columbus, Ohio. He is the National Dean of Education Emeritus Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies and developed written study criteria and testing materials for the Deaconate, Ministers and Ordained Elders. During his tenure he has administered examinations for licensees candidates (8,000 examines), directed and organized Ordination Services and composed teaching curriculum for the Ecclesiastical Board.
Dr. Newman's current position is the National Evangelist for Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies, Inc inclusive to church visitation, preaching/teaching/ and instructional curriculums in Leadership Development and Church Administration and Management.
He is the Founder & CEO—Building Better Opportunities Interdisciplinary Research Institute, Inc, a 501 (c) (3) Non Profit Organization dedicated to Research in Cognitive Social/Emotional Behavior as related to Psychological and Emotional Dysfunctions and Disorder Transference Concerns (PEDD) within troubled Youth. He has a Doctorate of Philosophy (ABD) from Oxford Graduate School Dayton, TN. In January 2015 he conducted research methodology at the Bodleian Library University of Oxford Research, London, England as well as Library of Congress Research Washington, D.C. He has developed a Doctorate Teaching Practicum-Leadership Stratagem, Principles and Ethics in a Global Society. He holds a second PhD in Religious Education in which he graduated Magnum Cum Laude.
He is a published author The Layman’s Guide to Systematic Theology and Mercy Beyond All Understanding with eight books to published.
