Growth Track Program

Become a Leader

The Ropheka Connection Growth Track creates a better environment that will, in turn, establish a sustainable future for you as a Leader. You will be given the necessary tools to become that Leader!

This program, in partnership with Global Entrepreneurs Institute (GEI) combines small group methodology along with one-on-one discipleship. This method is proven to deepen relationships and establish connections for a lifetime. There is also individual self-paced curriculum with guidelines and timetables for specific outcomes.

As a part of being self-paced, the Growth Track Program has 3 phases. This allows you to move from level to level as you feel ready to do so.

Be a Mentor

Once you complete the full Growth Track, you will have the opportunity to mentor people around the world through relationship with the Global Entrepreneurs Institute. We are called to make Disciples in Judea (your City), Samaria (your State), and the rest of the world.

Phases in the Growth Track

PHASE 1 - Kingdom Concepts - Module 1 - Participants will be assigned a personal mentor who will go through 2 of the 4 books found in the Foundation for Achievement program - the Value of Self-Government and the Value of Leadership books with them. Each book is 10 weeks long. Participants will write a report on the principles which will complete Module 1. (22 weeks)

Kingdom Concepts - Module 2 - Participants will read 5 pamphlets that teach dynamic living and will write a small report on each of the booklets read. Participants will read the "The 7 Vows of Success" and will write a summary on the Kingdom Concepts found within the pages of this book. Module 2 is a self-paced, 12-week course with a coach to support along the way.

Upon completion of both Modules (34 weeks), a certificate will be awarded.

PHASE II - Personal Mastery Part 1 - This is a 28-week program where participants will come to a clearer understanding of how God created them to live a life of freedom.

APS Training - Each participant will be given an assessment that will result in a deeper understanding of their God given temperament. They will receive a 1-hour phone conference call to debrief and review the results with a personal coach. (2 weeks)
Created in God’s Image - The participant will read the book, "Created in God's Image" and come to their own conclusion of God's plan for their life. A personal coach will be assigned and there will be a written book report required at the end of the book. (12 weeks)
Intentional Discipleship - Solomon's temple is used as a model to teach the student about the human spirit, soul, and body. A personal mentor will be assigned to go through the weekly sessions. (14 weeks)

Upon completion of both Modules (28 weeks), a certificate will be awarded.

PHASE III - Personal Mastery Part 2 - This is a 40-week intensive with resources and relationships that will take you to a whole new level in understanding yourself and how to love more deeply as you get to know God more intimately. Students are assigned a personal coach who will communicate weekly to assist in the various areas of study.

Be Ye Transformed -Learn how to take every thought captive and to put on the mind of Christ. (16 weeks)
Kingdom, Power, Glory - The Kingdom perspective on being an overcomer. (14 weeks)
Transformational Development - Gives a deeper understanding of emotional and spiritual maturity. (10 weeks)

Each Phase has guidelines and a timeline for completion and are to be completed in order.

After completion of the Growth Track training program, participants will obtain the Master's Distinction as a Global Entrepreneur International (GEI) Coach.
