Our Founder and Executive Director
Tim Reed, man of God, intercessor, husband, father, and grandfather. Tim retired in 2018 from the Ohio prison system after serving for 27 years. He is the founder and executive director for the Ropheka Connection, Inc.
Tim works full time for a large construction company in Columbus, Ohio as a member of the Laborers Union.

INTEGRITY: We believe that we are to lead by example by living out Godly wisdom that is found in the Holy Bible. We are honest in all our relationships and the resources that God has given us to steward.
RESTORATION: We believe that restoration is available to all of mankind. God has given us an opportunity to make a difference in this world by touching lives that are incarcerated and our community with the message that Jesus Christ is the only way to experience restoration.
COMMUNITY: We collaborate and network with many ministries to bring the quality of programming that has the potential to bring freedom and transformation.
